I can no longer find any official records of the application online which makes me believe that Maps Mentor Lead Finder has been discontinued. Additionally, another user of the tool posted a similar question directly on the developer's Facebook page, but as far as I know he didn't receive an answer, so the tool may indeed be "dead".
